Ordinare (placing orders )
Orders are made in 3 easy steps:

2. Fill up the D.I.Y. form and email to artigian.o@hotmail.com

Espresso (Xpress)
Can't wait for the confirmation by Artigian.o and then your own reply (which could take a few days..) ?
Artigian.o provides Xpress service where items will be crafted immediately upon request and be ready in the fastest possible time. Order confirmation will be communicated through one phone call. Place of transaction will be Yio Chu Kang MRT station.
An additional S$1.00 will be charged (irrespective of the total costs --> S$1.00 + S$1.00 on top of price of items if purchases are below S$5.50, and S$1.00 on top of price of items if purchases are above S$5.50)
Use Xpress services specially catered to the on-the-run customers!

Orders are applicable in Singapore only.
Make sure that all information are given in the email or the ordering process may be unsuccessful due to missing information. Just follow the email format below each item under the heading "Email Format" and it will be fine.
A minimum of 3 days is required to process your orders.
A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your order, within 3 days of sending the order form.
Once orders are confirmed, that is when you receive the confirmation email from Artigian.o and reply back, there will be no cancellations or changes of any kind.
The products you receive may look slightly different from those shown due to lighting conditions. The colours and patterns of the items will go accordingly to the orders and your personal selection. However, the colours and patterns are also subject to availability. If the particular colour/pattern is unavailable at the time, Artigian.o will substitute with a suitable choice.
Delivery venues are only at MRT staions along the North-south line, from Marsiling to City Hall MRT Stations.
Meet-up venue and time is on a first-come-first-seve basis. Time will be confirmed in the confirmation email from Artigian.o .
All prices of items are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
Payments are to be paid in cash during transaction at train station, in Singapore currency only.
A delivery charge of S$1.oo applies for orders S$5.50 and below. For orders above S$5.50, the delivery charge is waived.
Add S$1.00 for a gift bag to go with the item.
Complementary Artigian.o greeting card will be given to orders above S$12.00
